All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective. Final designs are confirmed by the customer before production begins.

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are required upfront or as agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to change pricing or correct pricing errors at any time.

We currently ship within the 48 mainland states of the U.S.
Orders typically ship within 6–8 business days of completion. Delivery times vary based on location and conditions.
We take every precaution to package your custom piece securely. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist promptly.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or a manufacturing defect is found, we will gladly repair the piece or offer a solution that meets our quality standards. Please contact us with photos and details for resolution.
